What are tokens and how are they consumed?
Tokens are our billing unit for AI calls. Each minute of conversation costs approximately 100 tokens (€0.14). Subscription tokens reset monthly, while top-up tokens never expire.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
When subscription tokens run out, top-up tokens are used. If both are depleted, you can purchase more token packages from your dashboard instantly.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees. You only pay for your subscription and any additional token top-ups.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your service continues until the end of the billing period.
