The AI receptionist for hotels that speaks their language
It answers 24/7 with agents in 17 languages, explains check-in, parking and facilities and takes booking requests, so your front desk can look after the guests already there.

Reception can't be at the desk and on the phone
- 01
Check-ins and calls at once
Early evening, guests arrive and the phone won't stop. The guest at the desk waits, the caller gets a busy tone and books through a booking site, with the commission on you.
- 02
Questions in every language
Breakfast times, airport shuttle, luggage storage. International guests call at all hours, and the night shift doesn't always speak German or French.
- 03
Direct bookings that slip away
An unanswered call is a lost direct booking. And without a written summary, even the requests you do take end up on a sticky note at reception.
What the AI receptionist does for your hotel
It answers with your property's information and passes anything that needs a person to reception, with the details already collected.
One agent per language
Create an agent for each language you need, from the 17 available, with natural voices. Give international guests a dedicated number or hand the call to the right agent.
Complete booking requests
Dates, number of guests, room type, special requests: the agent collects it all and when the call ends the details reach reservations by email, or your system via webhook.
Check-in, breakfast, parking
Check-in and check-out times, city tax, pets, shuttle, restaurant: the agent answers from your property information.
Puts calls through to reception
For a group booking, an event or a sensitive request, the agent transfers the call to your reception number.
Booking link on WhatsApp
After the call, an automation sends the guest a WhatsApp message with a link to book directly on your website, with no commission to pay.
A quieter night shift
Night-time calls for information get answered without pulling the night porter away. Anything urgent still reaches them through a direct transfer.
From phone call to direct booking
When a call includes a booking request, the guest receives a link to book and reservations get an email with every detail.

Frequently asked questions
Does the AI receptionist connect to our PMS or booking engine?
No, there are no direct integrations with PMS or booking engines. The agent collects the request and emails it to reservations, or sends the guest a link to book on your website. If your system accepts external data, you can connect it via webhook or REST API.
How many languages can it speak with guests?
Each agent works in one of 17 languages, including English, German, French and Spanish, with around 600 natural voices. Create one agent per language and give it a dedicated number, or hand calls from one agent to another.
Can the AI receptionist confirm room availability?
Only if you give it that information. Without a connection to your PMS the agent can't see live availability, so it doesn't confirm bookings: it collects dates and needs and passes them to someone who can. That way there's no risk of overbooking.
Is it worth it for a small B&B or guesthouse?
Yes. For a small property it can be even more useful, because the owner isn't always at the desk. The agent answers, collects the request and lets you know, so you only call back guests who are ready to book.
Will guests know they're speaking to a virtual assistant?
Yes, the agent introduces itself as the property's virtual assistant at the start of the call, in line with the EU AI Act. You can add a soft lobby background and pick a voice that matches your hotel's style.
