Sent from your domain

Emails from your address, not a platform's

Connect the SMTP server you already use and Replicer sends on your behalf, from your domain. Customers see a sender they know, and your emails stay consistent with the rest of your communication. Set it up once and agents, automations and alerts all use it.

  • Your own SMTP server, configured once in the dashboard
  • Your business's sender address and name
  • The same sender for agents, automations and alerts

Automations and calls

AI sorts your email and alerts the right person

An automation starts on any email received, a keyword or a new contact's first message. AI classifies the request, extracts the data and generates text, then the colleagues you choose get an alert. On calls, the agent emails the caller a recap.

  • Triggers on any email, a keyword or a first message
  • AI steps to classify, extract data and generate text
  • Alerts to the colleagues you choose, with the data already extracted
  • Emails to the caller sent by the agent during the call

Business email automation, connected to voice and WhatsApp

Your emails don't live on their own: they follow a call, answer a message, alert the team. Always from your domain, with no code.

  • Recap after the call

After a phone consultation, the customer receives the points discussed and the next steps by email.

  • Document checklists

For an application, a claim or a quote, the email lists what to prepare, so nobody has to dictate it over the phone.

  • Team alerts

When an urgent request comes in, whoever needs to act gets an email with a summary and the extracted details.

  • Automatic classification

AI tells quote requests, complaints and admin questions apart, and the flow takes the right path.

  • Follow-ups days later

With waits of up to 90 days, you can send a reminder, a check-in or a renewal prompt at the right moment.

  • History of every run

The run history shows which event started each flow and which steps were carried out.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does email automation work in Replicer?

Connect your SMTP server and decide when to send: during a call through the agent, or in an automation triggered by a call, a message or a schedule. Emails go out from your domain and replies come back into the shared inbox.

Can I use my business email address?

Yes. Emails are sent from your domain through your provider's SMTP server, so the sender is your business address. All you need are the SMTP details, usually found in your email provider's settings.

Where do customer replies go?

Into Replicer's shared inbox, alongside WhatsApp conversations and missed calls. From there you assign them to a colleague or let an automation handle them, classifying them with AI and alerting the right person.

Can the agent send an email during a call?

Yes. If the caller asks for a recap, a document checklist or a link, the voice agent emails it to the address the caller gives, while the conversation is still going. Emails to your own team go out after the call, through an automation.

Is automated email GDPR compliant?

Service emails tied to a customer request, such as recaps and confirmations, differ from promotional messages, which normally require consent. Replicer tracks consent on every contact, and Hetyna, certified ISO/IEC 27001, processes data under the GDPR. What you send, and to whom, remains your call.
