A shared inbox and AI-drafted replies
Messages arrive in a shared inbox and you assign them to the right person. An automation can start on a first message or a keyword, write the reply with AI and send it within the 24 hours, or use a template once the window has closed.
- Live inbox with assignment to colleagues
- Triggers on any message, a keyword or a first message
- An AI step that drafts the reply from the incoming message
- Free text within 24 hours, a template outside the window

Everything you need for automated WhatsApp messages
WhatsApp works alongside voice, SMS and email: any event can become a message, and any customer reply can start a new flow.
Official WhatsApp Business account
You use the WhatsApp Business API through Meta, not unofficial apps, in line with the platform's rules.
Appointment details in the text
The customer's name, date and time are filled into the template automatically, with nothing to copy by hand.
The 24-hour window, handled
In automations a dedicated branch covers a closed window, so the message still goes out as an approved template.
Conversations assigned to the team
Assign conversations to colleagues, with roles and permissions deciding who can access the inbox.
Consent and opt-outs
Consent is tracked on every contact, and anyone who says they no longer want messages is removed from campaigns.
Statistics in the dashboard
Track how campaigns perform and how many conversations come in, straight from the Replicer dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
What is the WhatsApp Business API and how is it different from the app?
The WhatsApp Business app is designed for a single phone and manual use. The API, which Replicer connects to through Meta, enables automatic sending, campaigns with approved templates and an inbox shared by several people. The sender is still your business name.
Will I get the green verified tick on WhatsApp?
Replicer doesn't grant verification badges: they are managed by Meta under its own criteria. Either way, with Replicer your profile shows your business name as the sender of every message.
What is WhatsApp's 24-hour window?
When a customer messages you, you have 24 hours to reply with free text. After that, or when you message first, you must use a Meta-approved template. Replicer takes the window into account: in automations you can add a branch that sends a template when the conversation is closed.
Can I send promotional campaigns on WhatsApp?
Yes, with approved templates and only to contacts who have agreed to receive them. Anyone who asks to stop is handled as an opt-out, and consent stays tracked on the contact. Meta applies its own rules on message quality and frequency, so useful, expected messages work best.
Who handles customer replies on WhatsApp?
They arrive in Replicer's shared inbox, alongside emails and missed calls. You can assign them to a colleague or start an automation that drafts an answer with AI, for example to the most common questions.
