Every call breaks your concentration
- 01
Constant interruptions
You're reviewing accounts or drafting a contract and the phone rings to ask if you're open in August. Getting back into it takes time.
- 02
Deadline peaks
Around tax and filing deadlines the calls multiply. Most are similar questions, but someone still has to answer every one.
- 03
Clients who can't reach anyone
In court, at a completion, visiting a client: when you're out, the call goes to voicemail and the client feels overlooked.
What it handles for your firm
It handles routine calls with the rules you set and leaves you the conversations that need a professional.
Call screening
It tells clients, new enquiries, suppliers and sales calls apart. Important calls go through to the number you choose; the rest become a message with a summary.
Meetings and consultations
It books meetings at the office or by video call in your calendar, synced with Google Calendar, within the time windows you set.
Documents and deadlines
It explains what to bring for a tax return, a probate matter or a property completion, and reminds callers of the deadlines in your knowledge base.
Discretion on every matter
The agent gives no opinions and never discusses a case on the phone. You can switch off recording and limit data to name, reason and contact details.
Email from your firm's domain
Confirmations and reminders go out from your own address, and client replies come back into the Replicer shared inbox, ready to assign.
Scheduled callbacks
If the professional isn't available, the agent schedules a callback at a time that suits the client instead of leaving them hanging.
Every message reaches the right colleague
After the call AI classifies the request and sends the summary to whoever handles that area: tax, payroll or legal. The client gets an email confirmation.
- 1

Frequently asked questions
Is an AI receptionist suitable for a law firm?
Yes, if you set it up for what it should do: greet callers, book meetings, explain which documents to bring and screen calls. The agent gives no legal advice and doesn't discuss the merits of a case. Anything that needs a professional is transferred or turned into a message.
How is client confidentiality protected?
You decide what the agent can ask and say, for example only name, contact details and a general reason for calling. You can switch off call recording. Hetyna is an Italian company certified to ISO 27001 and handles data in line with GDPR.
Can it handle several professionals in the same firm?
You can set up one agent with the rules for the whole firm and have calls transferred to a fixed number, such as your internal reception. To route requests between colleagues, you use automations: the call is classified and the summary is emailed to the right person.
Can I keep my firm's phone number?
Yes. You can connect your existing phone system through a SIP trunk, or forward calls to a new number bought in Replicer. Clients keep calling the number they know.
How much does an AI receptionist for a professional firm cost?
It depends on call volume and the channels you use. Replicer runs on credit-based plans that you draw down as the agent works. All the details are on the pricing page, and if you have several offices we'll put together a tailored proposal.
